GRAVER THAN LAST YEAR MR CHURCHILL'S WARNING Proas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 2. Germany had great numbers under arms massing on the Polish frontier, preparing for a speedy advance. FIVE GERMAN DIVISIONS AROUND BRESLAU ROADS IMPROVED THROUGH CZECHOSLOVAKIA v LONDON, August 2, (Received August 3, at 1 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Mr Winston Churchill said there were heavy concentrations of German troops at present along, the Polish frontier, including five German divisions around Breslau alone. The roads to Poland through Czecho-Slovakia had been brought to perfection by forced Czech labour. Many schools and public buildings in Bohemia were prepared in readiness to accommodate wounded, Yugoslavia was another danger spot. Sir W. H. Davison said Britain, with the dominions and her allies, was well able to give a good account of herself.
