GREEN ISLAND CLUB Mr H. P. Winter presided over a fair number of members at the fifty-second annual meeting of the Green Island Bowline Club. The balance sheet showed the club to be in a sound financial position. The green has been surveyed and topdressed. Tho club won the BlairM'Donald Cup for Fairfield by a fair margin of points. The champion singly was won by J. Scott,‘and the champion doubles by J. Russell and D. Sloan. The club lost by death two life members, Mr P. M'Lean and Mr W. T. Sraellie (a very active member, who served two terms as president and a number of years as secretary).
