London on New York during 1937 averaged 4.90d0l to £1 sterling; on August 2, 1938, 4.492; on September 28, 4.C3; and during October varied between 4.781 and 4.752. During November, 1938, the variation was between 4.76id0l (November 8) and 4.63 i. DOLLAR RATES. The Associated Banks (other than the Bank of New South Wales) to-day quoted the following dollar rates on a New Zealand currency basis. They are subject to alteration without notice:—
