STRANDED PORT BOWEN
THREE TUGS AT WORK [Per United Press Association.] WANGANUI, July 21. At noon to-day three tugs had hooked on to the Port Bowen in an endeavour to haul the vessel off. One mushroom anchor and two bar anchors have been laid. Another mushroom is coming from Wellington, and still another in Wanganui is to be utilised if to-day’s efforts fail.
