FREE ZONE FOR GERMANY Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright ROME, July 18. (Received July 19, at 1.30 p.m.) Germany has been granted a free zone in Trieste, with a Customs house, in return for a guarantee of a minimum transit of 1,500,000 tons a year.
