DUNEDIN ORPHANS' CLUB
There was another large attendance of members and visitors from different parts of Now Zealand at the social evening held by the Dunedin Orphans’ Club last night. Dr Harty presided, and an attractive programme was presented. Vocal items were contributed by Bros. R. J. Laurenson, E. F. Paris, T. W. Dobbie, and H. A. Johnston, and a humorous sketch written by Bro. E. G. H. ißutfell was presented by Bros. Ruffell and H. At. Eger. Bro. J. Clark and his orchestra provided the music, and the second half of the programme was taken up with moving pictures of North Island scenery, including Rotorua and illustrating Maori life and culture. These were presented by Bro. H. Bennett, of the Napier Savage Club.
