TO THE EDITOR. Sir —I notice at the presentation of the Murphy Memorial Trophy oil Saturday evening that the president of the 011 F U (Mr D. Jolly), commented on the fact that neither the Kaikorai nor the Alhambra Club was represented on the union, and suggested the time had arrived when the position should be altered. Surely Mr Jolly was talking with his tongue m his cheek, for who should know better than he that the 0 R F TT. 6ome years ago made it impossible to change the policy or personnel of the union? When it altered rule 6 at that time, it committed a most undemocratic action. However, it is nice to know that the president ■realises the unfair representation of clubs on the union, and one can only hope he will raise his voice in protest at the proper time. —I am, etc..
