IMPROVEMENTS TO SEA BATHS.—The bathing pool at St. Clair is at present empty and improvements, are being carried out by the City Council. The bath is being deepened and the floor improved, a new springboard is being provided and an effort is being made to prevent the entry into the pool of sand and silt from the quarry.
