“Subscriber” (Dunedin).—On the facts as stated it would be unlikely a person would be sold up, but it would depend upon tho wording of the contract. It would also depend upon the wording of tho receipt. Tho acceptance of interest without any reservation by the person to whom- tho money was paid would, as a rule, be a waiver of tho default.
