(Received December 22, at 10 a.m.) The Government extradited to Germany Peter _ Forrester, who, with a companion, killed a guard and escaped from the Weimar concentration camp in May and crossed into Czechoslovakia and surrendered to the police. Forester’s companion was recaptured in Germany _ before crossing the frontier and was immediately beheaded.
