TRIAL IN GERMANY THREE MEN SENT TO PRISON Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, December 8. (Received December 9, at 12.50 p.m.) Charged with spreading Communism on behalf of t}ie International Socialist Fighting Force, three men were sentenced respectively in the People’s Court to three, two, and one and a-half years’ imprisonment. , For the prosecution it was alleged that the men spread propaganda by pamphlets and gramophone records smuggled from abroad. This is the second group tried this week. It is understood that 20 persons are awaiting trial.
