CLAIM AGAINST SHIPPING COMPANY rPer Unite'' *««on*noB.) NAPIER, December 1. A claim made by Sidney Edward Moore in the Supreme Court at Napier for £1,774 against the Shaw Savill and Albion Company was completed to-day before the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), judgment being entered for the defendant. Moore’s counsel said that an application for judgment for the plaintiff could not be supported in view' of the answers given to three of the questions put to the jury.
