OFFICERS ELECTED [Per United Press Association.] WANGANUI, November 30. The next annual conference of the New Zealand Master Butchers’ Industrial Association of Employers will be held at Napier during the second week in November, 1939. The following officers were elected at the conference to-day : —President, Mr J. F. Carter (Palmerston North); vicepresidents, Mr T. W. Stephenson (Christchurch) and Mr G. E. Bennett (Wanganui); executive—Messrs E. C. Lane (Auckland), E. F. Thwaites (Palmerston North), W. S. Hughes (Christchurch), E. D. Barber (Wellington), W. S. Simpson (South Taranaki), T. Smellie (Gisborne), J. Henderson (Otago), W. R. Shattock (Hamilton), V. Vaughan (Carterton), 1). B. Haynes (Napier), F. Bristol (Wanganui), R. Johnston (Soutbla ml), G. Trerablett (New Plymouth); secretary and treasurer, Mr W. J. Mountjoy (Wellington); auditor, Mr A. Evan’s (Wellington).
