ONE CAPITAL PROPOSED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, November 25. (Received November 25, at noon.) The Assistant Minister for the Territories (Mr Harrison) announced in the House of Representatives that the Federal Government had decided to investigate a proposal that the territories of New Guinea and Papua should be administered from one capital located in Papua. Mr Harrison also stated that Cabinet had decided that the Salamua site originally chosen for the new capital of New Guinea would be the temporary capital. ■
