BRITISH FOREIGN POLICY POSSIBILITY OF NATIONAL CAMPAIGN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 24, The executives of the Labour cooperative parties in the House of Commons decided to unite in a national campaign against the Government’s foreign policy. Labour members today will discuss the possibility of forming a national opposition in Parliament, but the majority, it is believed, regard the suggestion as impracticable. i DUCHESS OF ATKOLL RESIGNS WILL FIGHT BY-ELECTION. LONDON, November 24, (Received November 25, at 10 a.m.) The Labour National Executive has reaffirmed that it will nob associate with any other political party group. The Duchess of Atholl has resigned her seat in Parliament and is fighting an immediate by-election owing to the majority of the Kinross and West Perth Unionist Association Committee disagreeing with her opposition to the Government’s foreign policy.
