ENGLAND. - The Royal Naval training ship Conway has been equipped with this new figurehead representing Lord Nelson. The ceremony, called “the masting of Nelson,” was carried out at Liverpool by the Poet Laureate, Mr John Masefield, a former trainee on the Conway.
