Tlie programme for the three days’ visit of King Carol and Prince Michael has been ■ completed. The Rumanian guests will arrive on Tuesday, crossing the channel in the destroyer Sikh. They will be met at Dover' by the Duke of Kent and the Rumanian Premier. His Majesty, will welcome them at Victoria station and drive with them to Buckingham! Palace. The same evening King Carol and Prince Micliaej will go to Marlborough House and call on Queen Mary, and on the return journey to Buckingham Palace they will alight at St. James’s Palace, where addresses will be presented by the chairman of the London County Council and the Mayor of Westminster Their Majesties in the .evening Will givh a State dinner at Buckingham Palace, and on Wednesday the royal visitors, accompanied by the Duke of Gloucester, will journey to the city, where they will be at luncheon at the Guildhall by the Lord Mayor. ' •
