TRIBUNAL TO CONSIDER DISPUTE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association— By Telegraph-Copyright RUGBY, October 23. (Received October 29, at 11.30 a.m.) The Government of Trinidad has appointed an arbitration tribunal, > with Sir -Janies Baillie as chairman, to consider certain matters in dispute between the Oilfields Employers' Association and the Oilfields Workers’ Trade Union The tribunal sails for Trinidad on November 12.
