AHNUAL MEETING OF INSTITUTE PRACTICAL GO-OPERATION URGED [Peb United Press Association ! WELLINGTON, October 28. The tenth animal general meeting of the Town Planning Institute of New Zealand opened to-day. The president (Mr M‘Caul! concluded his address with an appeal for a more practical attitue towards the work, bringing it down from the clouds to the level of workaday business. Town and regional planning would become a real driving force only when the business and professional classes, together with local bodies, collaborated in the working out of practical schemes based upon sound theories.
