CHRISTCHURCH STREETS
TAR-SEALING PROJECT [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, October 27. The Woflks Committee of the Christchurch City Council has recommended that the project to seal 70 miles of streets in the city, at a cost of £150.000, should be proceeded with. A poll of ‘ratepayers will be necessary if the council adopts the report.
