CLASH WITH ELECTION RAGE MEETING POSTPONED [Per United Press Association.] MASTERTON, September 17. On account of polling day for the General Election falling on the second day of the Masterton races, the meeting, which was to have been held on October 13 and 15, has been postponed until u later date, not yet fixed. ALL BLACK TRANSFERRED J. L. Griffiths, the All Black, is transferring to Hastings instead of Wanganui.—Wellington Press Association.
