DRAINAGE UNDERTAKING. —A commencement has been made with the construction of a large storm water conduit on the Portobello road, not far from Anderson’s Bay road. This is the beginning of a work which will extend along Anderson’s Bay road and which has for its object the intercepting of the storm water drainage from the low-lying area of the flat.
