COMPETE IN ATHLETIC TESTS ONLY EIGHT PASS Presa Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, July 3. (Received July 4, at 10 a.m.) Of the 64 high Fascist directors only Signor Starace and seven others passed all the athletic tests. The hardest events were performed before Signor Mussolini, including vaulting over a row of upright bayonets, also jumping from a springboard through a blazing hoop and vaulting over a war tank. Most of the entrants completed four to seven tests. Thirteen completely failed.
