OTAGO CHESS CLUB
THE BLEDISLOE GUP The first match of the annual chess contest for the, Bledisloe Cup will be played oh Saturday, June 18, and the Saturday following. The club rooms of the respective teams will be directly connected by telegraph, and play will start punctually at 6.30 p.m. The Otago Chess Club, which will meet the Canterbury Club, will be selected from the following players:— K. S. Allen, W. H. Allen, O. Bulk, Dr G. Barnett. Dr E. W. Bennett, L. D. Coombs. J. B. Dunlop, E. F. Evans, J. H. .F. Hamel, W. Herbert. W. Lang, J. F. Lang, D. Langley, J. S. M. Lawson, R. Lungley. J. J. Marlow, R. M'Demid, A. J. M’Dennott, Dr E. N. Merrington, F. H. R. Neville, R. Seddon. Dr E. J. Rawnsley, A. C. Twose, A. E. Ward, R. Watt, R. E. Williamson.
