A FAMOUS HEAD MASTER
A portrait of Mr Cornell Price,* the first head Master of the United Services College at Westward Ho 1, was unveiled recently in the King Edward’s- Horse Hall at the Imperial Service College, Windsor, ,by General. Sir Alexander Godley, an - old boy (of the -United Services College'and a governor of the Imperial Service College. The United Services College was Kipling’s school, and Mr Connell Price became known to readers of ‘ Stalky and Co.’ The' college was transferred to Windsor about 30 years ago and amalgamated with St. Mark’s School there. In 1912 it was named, the Imperial Service College. Mr Cormell Price’s portrait, which is by Mr 6. Burnand, an old boy of the college, now hangs in the hall with that of the Revi S. Hawtrey, the first head of St. Mark’s, and Mr E. 6. ,A. Beckwith, the first head of the Imperial Service College.
