AIR FORCE PLANES

NO TROUBLE ABOUT DELIVERY (Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, June 3. No difficulty is anticipated by the authorities in obtaining delivery when required of the 30 Wickers Wellington aircraft ordered by the Government for the Royal New Zealand Air Force, said the Minister of Defence (Mr Jones) this evening. He anticipated that the work at Ohakea would be completed early next year. The levelling of the ground and the construction of the hangars had to be carried out as well as the training of the personnel, and by the time Ohakea was ready there should be no difficulty in obtaining the initial batch of aircraft ordered from England.
