TEMPORARY JUDGE. Mr Janies Henry Quilliam, a former well-known Now Plymouth lawyer, has been appointed a judge of the Supreme Court to relieve Mr Justice Ostler. Making the announcement, the Attorney-General said that because of the continued illness of Mr Justice Ostler, it had become necessary to make a temporary appointment.
