ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
FATAL 40ft FALL. Falling 40ft from the top of a partly constructed petrol storage tank ore Monday morning, James Dykes, aged 27, single, suffered head injuries which proved fatal following his admission ;to Auckland Hospital. It was difficult to ascertain the cause of the accident. Dykes was working on top of the tank when he fell, striking the ground with his head; He suffered terrible injuries.
