CAPPING AEROPLANE

This year, in addition to the orthodox method of presenting displays on lorries, the capping procession will feature a display in the air. An aeroplane will fly over the procession and bomb Dunedin with leaflets advertising the capping concert. Fifty leaflets will be marked with a cross, and anyone presenting one of these leaflets at the Students’ Association office will receive a free double ticket to the concert. This is the first time the students have adopted this method of advertising, and it should be a feature of the procession.
