The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Reed in,the Supreme Court -.—Leslie Charles Smithytwo years’ reformative detention . for assault with intent to commit rape; Charles Gordon Holland, six months*, hard labour for breaking and entering and theft; James Grindley, two year*’, probation for unlawful carnal knowledge; Daniel Frederick Swift _ Creed,. • three years’ probation for breaking and entering and. theft; Edward Lewis Stevens, two years’ probation for break- , ing and entering with intent to commit a crime; Harold Roland Rubick, six months’ hard labour for false pretence* and forgery.
