MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY, MARCH 1. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DEFAULT CASES. Judgment was given for the plaintiffs, with costs, in the following cases;—\Vright, Stephenson, and Co. Ltd. v. Walter John Lewis (Portobello), £37 6s, goods supplied; R. and E. Tingey and Co. Ltd. v. Joseph Mnrr (St, Leonards), £37 8s lid, goods supplied ; Sydney Robert Medder v. Thornton_ Scott (Invercargill), 15s, balance owing on goods supplied; James Martin Samson v. Veda Morland, £4l 8s 7d, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. J. S. Porter Ltd. proceeded against A. B. Coutts, jun., on a judgment summons to recover £2 Is 7d, and an order was made for payment of the amount, in default two days’ imprisonment. •
