Air Force planes scoured the hills all day along the ' border between England and Scotland for the missing bomber. A ground search was also fruitless. . . , , . A pilot who participated in the search said the country was so rugged that a whole squadron of burntout planes might be on the ground and yet be invisible from the air. SEARCH SUSPENDED. LONDON, February 28. (Received March 1, at 10 a.m.) Aircraft searching for the missing bomber suspended activities this afternoon owing to mist shrouding the hilltops. The search will be resumed tomorrow.
