The Government had agreed to tak* over the fixed assets of the company* and the business will in future bo carried on by the department. As a result of the sale to the Government, the voluntary liquidation of the ’company automatically follows. The directors strongly advise all producers to utilise the facilities provided by the department, and to send forward the whole crop.
