PRIVY COUNCIL APPEALS

A resolution abolishing appeal to the Privy Council was moved by Mr Che ahan (Con.), on the grounds that the Statute of Westminster gave complete sovereignty to the Supreme Court of Canada, whose final decisions were incontestable.
