(Received February 12, at 1 p.m.) The Bilbao ’ correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says the rebels rounded up 200 more prisoners hiding in the woods on the Palomera Range and repulsed attempted counter-attacks.. An increasing number of loyalists are deserting to the rebels, including members of the Capesino Brigade, hitherto' the staunchest unit in the Republican army. COMMISSAR OF NAVY DISMISSED BARCELONA, February 11. (Received February 12, at 10.5 a.m.) Senor Alonso, Commissar of the Navy, has been dismissed.
