V&LUNTARY CO-OPERATION PREVENTION OF INFRINGEMENTS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, February 11. (Received! February 12, at 11 a.m.) At a meeting of the International Shipping Conference in London, assurances were given that arrangements were being made in the different countries concerned to make international freight co-operation effective and to prevent infringements of the scheme_ of voluntary co-operation in the shipping industry. It was agreed that international cooperation should continue on the basis of the scheme signed by the British tramp and liner owners as interpreted by an explanatory memorandum submitted to the meeting in December.
