PLAYED BEFORE NATIONAL ANTHEM OPENING OF SOUTH AFRICAN PARLIAMENT. CAPE TOWN, February 11. (Received February 12, at 11.30 a.m,)’ - The opening of Parliament was characterised by a band before’ the National Anthem playing an Afrikaans’ melody called ‘ Voice of South Africa.’ which Afrikanders hops will be officially re-, cognised as a joint anthem.. ■
