MANY DISPUTES SETTLED STATEMENT BY ME EDEN. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February 10. Replying in the House of Commons to a Labour member’s question dealing with the work of the League of Nations, Mr Anthony Eden said 25 international disputes of a political character had been referred to it prior to January 1, 1931. * All except one had been settled either by the League Council or direct negotiations between tlie iparties. Fifteen disputes had been submitted since January 1, 1931, of which eight were similarly settled.
