DRAFT PROPOSALS FOR TRADE AGREEMENT (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, February 10. (Received February 11, at 11 a.m.) Irish experts who, since the recent British-Eire conversations, have ’been engaged on an examination of technical matters with the Board of Trade and Ministry of Agriculture officials in London, left for Dublin with draft proposals for a trade agreement for submission to the Eire Government. An early resumption of the Ministerial conversations is hoped for.
