'(Received February 11, at 11 a.m.) The Italian explorer and alpinist, Gianni Albertini, while flying from Jdilan to Croydon, from where he intended to start in an attempt to beat Olouston’s record to Cap© Town, crashed at L© Bourget. The plane was destroyed. Albertini and his crew of two jrere not hurt.
