SURF CONDITIONS
CURRENT AT ST. KILDA NECESSITY OF KEEPING BETWEEN FLAGS Bathers on the main beaches close to Dunedin—St. Clair, St. Kilda, and Tomahawk—are warned to keep between the flags. Provided the weather remains warm, many bathers will frequent the beaches during the week-end, and those at St. Kilda must exercise every care. The sand is still low at St. Clair, and the water is not cold, but bathers would do well to disport themselves in the water within the_ marked limits. St. Kilda beach is in good condition, but a strong current will necessitate bathers taking precautions. The temperature of the water is not low. The beach at Tomahawk is in good order, the sea being moderate. Bathers are warned to bathe between the flags.
