(Received November 27, at 10.5 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Herald’s ’ leader page was almost filled with a series of exclusive photographs of Germany’s elaborate colonial school at Witzenhausen, at which young Germans ultimately going abroad are trained to have a knowledge of the features and needs of former German colonies, notably South West Africa, One picture of a native hut adorned with totems and mats suggests that Samoa is not neglected.
