Known in Advance. SPHERE is no disturbing uncertainty about the charges for administration of an estate by the Public Trustee. The charges are in accordance with a fixed scale so that a person concerned may ascertain in advance what the charges will be in any particular case. The Public Trustee has power to reduce the charge when such a course is warranted, and reductions are readily made in suitable cases. Trustee 8/3.
