ACTION AGAINST EXECUTIVES DISMISSED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright HOLLYWOOD, November 10. An action brought by Patricia Douglas on Tuesday against Ross Hal Roach and Wo other cinema executives was dismissed on the defence of demurrer. She was allowed 20 days to file an amended suit. Miss Douglas claimed 500,000d0i as damages for an offence, which, she alleged, had occurred after the defendants plied her with liquor.
