FAULTY PREPARATION ALLEGED ADVISE TO DOMINION PRODUCERS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 4. A monograph issued by the Imperial Institute says Empire producers are losing several millions a year owing to faulty preparation of hides and skins, which are needlessly damaged and realise only a fraction of their value. The monograph urges dominion producers to prevent damage by disease, warblefly, barbed wire scratches, or branding on the butt instead of the foot, ear or cheek.
