UNVEILING OF STATUE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, November 3. It has been announced that the King will lay a wreath at Earl Haig’s statue on Armistice Day. His Majesty will walk down Whitehall after the ceremony at the Cenotaph and place a wreath at the statue, afterwards returning to Buckingham Palace. The statue will be unveiled by the Duke of Gloucester the day before.
