NAVAL AGREEMENTS
BRITAIN'S NEW PACTS NOW IN FORCE, (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, November 4. (Received November 6, at noon.) The instruments of ratification of the _ Anglo-German and the AngloSoviet naval agreements of July last were exchanged to-day at the Foreign Office. The agreements will come into force as from to-day. These bilateral treaties run parallel to the London Naval Treaty of 1936, and provide for qualitative limitation and exchange of information with regard to future naval construction.
