MINOR FLOODINGS IN NEW SOUTH WALES PASTURES BENEFIT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, November 4. (Received November 5, at 8 a.m.) The Torrential rains which have deluged the New South Wales coast for four days ceased overnight, and the weather has apparently cleared. There were minor floodings in northern rivers, but the rains would generally benefit pastures and dairying country.
