PRECAUTION SCHEMES IN BRITAIN ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL AUTHORS TIES. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copynghf RUGBY, November 3 The Home Office announces that i% order to render the gfeatest possible measure of assistance and advice to local authorities in connection with the preparation of air raid precautions schemes, it has been decided to divide the country into approximately 10 areas in England and Wales and two m Scotland, and in addition London an<i Middlesex are to form one area. In. each of these areas a regional inspector appointed by the Air Raid Precautions Department will be stationed to maintain close and constant touch yvitli all authorities in the area.
