A MAGNIFICENT ENTRY [Pee United Peess Association.] PALMERSTON N., November 4. Beautiful weather prevailed for the opening of the Royal Show, which will extend till Saturday. There are very largo increases in the entries in the stock classes, particularly horses, which represent the finest collection ever assembled on one ground in the Dominion. There are also exceptionally large entries in the Manawatu Kennel Club’s show, for which the internationallyknown judge Mr G. Steadman Thomas, of the United States, has been brought over to judge.
